This is a streamlined UPCS course designed to help you prepare for your next REAC inspection. Content includes:
- Introduction to REAC (why a good score matters).
- Explanation of Scoring (don’t waste time and money on items that will not affect your score).
- Overview of Inspector Tasks and Conduct (how to maintain control of the inspection).
- Pre-Inspection, Inspection Day, and Post Inspection duties (with checklists).
- Breakdown of highest scoring UPCS deficiencies (with a booklet of all UPCS deficiencies).
- Industry updates that can impact your score.
This seminar includes PowerPoint, group discussion, and class materials. Class materials include photographs of actual deficiencies, mock inspection exercises, and our inspection preparation checklists. The class runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
