Major Changes to Inspection Protocol
Effective 10/2/17, all UPCS inspectors are required to follow HUD’s new compilation bulletin in their performance of REAC inspections. The new update includes new criteria on deficiencies previously not enforced. The bulletin itself (last updated on 3/15/15) has increased in scope from 40 pages to 95 pages. UPCS Inspectors LLC has already revised their 1-day and 2-day training courses to include all new updates from this bulletin.
