Inspection Types
UPCS Inspectors LLC offers inspections for various HUD funded programs.
We provide National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspections for public housing, project-based multi-family properties, and service mortgagees.
Furthermore, we also provide NSPIRE inspections for Community and Planning Development (CPD), along with file audits for rental calculation, median family income, and max rent compliance.
Last, we provide NSPIRE inspections for the Section 8 housing choice voucher (HCV) program.
Inspection Reports
When your inspection is complete we provide a certified NSPIRE inspection report.
The NSPIRE report will include a detailed list of deficiencies, identified by severity, and required corrective actions.
For NSPIRE inspections, we will also provide Life-Threatening Exigent Health and Safety Report for each property.
The HUD provided NSPIRE checklist for HCV inspections will be thoroughly completed for all passed and failed items.
Based on the result of the initial HCV inspection, a re-inspection may occur to ensure all the failed items have been repaired based on the HUD required timelines.
