Day 2 (7/11/18 8:30AM-4:30PM)

• UPCS definitions and the five inspected areas (site, units, exteriors, common areas, and systems) continued.
• Health and Safety deficiencies.
• Industry updates and new protocol (i.e. UPCS-V & NIS).
• Summary of Inspection Process.
• Exam.

This seminar includes PowerPoint, group discussion, and class materials. Class materials include photographs of actual deficiencies, mock inspection exercises, and our custom course binder.

Exam

UPCS Inspectors LLC ensures the quality of the course provided and there is no additional charge for the comprehension examination at the end of the course. Upon successful completion of the exam, students will be issued a certificate of course completion.
