Our two-day comprehension course provides you with the most in depth and up to date UPCS training experience. Content covered is as follows:
Day 1
- NSPIRE History and Background (why a good score matters).
- Explanation of NSPIRE Scoring (don’t waste time and money on items that will not affect your score).
- Overview of Inspector Tasks and Conduct (how to maintain control of the inspection).
- NSPIRE definitions and the three inspected areas (Units, Inside, and Outside).
Day 2
- NSPIRE definitions continued.
- Health and Safety deficiencies.
- Industry updates (all the latest changes).
- Summary of Inspection Process.
- Exam.
This seminar includes PowerPoint, group discussion, and class materials.
In addition, the class include checklists, photographs of deficiencies, mock inspection exercises, and our course binder (with all NSPIRE deficiencies).
UPCS Inspectors LLC ensures the quality of the course provided and there is no additional charge for the comprehension exam at the end of the course.
Upon successful completion of the exam, students will be issued a certificate of course completion.
